Domain Names Sales Contract

Want to sell your domain name and no one is disputing your right to do so? I have written a form contract that contemplates a domain name transfer without using an escrow service. Take a look at it
here. Purchase a version of the form contract that you can edit: only $25. This form is only a template and is not intended to replace legal counsel. It can save you fees because your retained counsel can use it as a starting point, saving hours of contract drafting time. Check http://www.computercounsel.com/ for an attorney in your area.

The form is three pages long and comes in Word or WordPerfect format. Again, the free version is here.

There are two ways to purchase the editable form contract. The easiest and quickest way is to use PayPal. Just press the button below!

The other way is to contact me by email and work out a special arrangement. This method is for those who cannot sign up for PayPal. I cannot guarantee to answer your email immediately, but I will do my best.

You can also ask questions about the form contract by sending me email. This use of my email address does not violate the terms of this site.

Your payment is non-refundable.
